Bridget Bailey Behrens has nearly 20 years of advertising and real estate combined experience. Her career has given her the opportunity to advertise locally, nationally and on an international level. Her expertise in product presentation/staging and marketing is a major asset for our clients. Kim Antonelli

Kim is proud to be a member of the Bailey Team. As a licensed agent, Kim facilitates many aspects of the buying and selling process. After 15 years in the financial services industry, including nine years at Goldman Sachs, Kim moved to Whitefish Bay in 2007 and has been active in the community and her children’s school. Real estate transactions can be a confusing time; Kim and the Team strive to reduce that pressure so you can make clear, concise decisions throughout the process.

Barb's long real estate experience, coupled with her knowledge of home construction and remodeling, has earned the respect of our clients and her fellow real estate professionals. The North Shore has been her home for her entire life. She is a direct descendant of Antoine Le Clair, who is known to have made one of the first Milwaukee real estate transactions. He sold his fur-trading cabin on the Milwaukee River to Solomon Juneau. Barb is a top producer, respected by her peers and an aggressive advocate for her clients.

With over 20 years of experience in design and marketing—seven of those spent with The Bailey Team—Christie brings a unique blend of creativity, expertise, and local knowledge to her role as a licensed real estate agent. Having moved to the North Shore in 2003 to raise her family, she has developed a deep appreciation for the area and is excited to share that knowledge with clients looking to call this and surrounding areas home.
Christie's extensive background in marketing and design allows her to think outside the box and provide clients with innovative solutions that go beyond traditional real estate services. Whether helping to buy or sell, her passion for connecting people with homes, combined with her dedication to growing The Bailey Team's strong community relationships, ensures a seamless and personalized experience for every client.
MaryKathryn Malaney
Marketing Manager/Transaction Coordinator
After working at Target in product sourcing, MaryKathryn left her career behind to raise her two boys. She was able to keep busy with philanthropic endeavors and serving on various community boards. Now that her kids have gotten older, she is excited to bring her love of real estate and organization to The Bailey Team! For The Bailey Team, MaryKathryn works to ensure smooth running of the Team by carrying out the day-to-day running of the office, managing the team website & social media and staging our listing properties.
